It was wonderful seeing so much engagement across our programs this past month, and as we look ahead, we have an exciting event right around the corner! Get ready for this year’s Haunted House on Thursday, October 29th, featuring our chilling theme: “Cabin in the Woods.” We are currently looking for energetic volunteers aged 14 and older to help bring the scares and fun to life, if you’re interested, please reach out directly to our Youth Services Specialist to get involved. Thank you for making our community so vibrant, and we look forward to seeing both familiar faces and new neighbors next month!

If you or someone you know is interested in applying or would like more information, please reach out to us at gwcarverlee@gmail.com. On Saturday, Sept. 26th, we partnered with the MLK Dreamkeepers and local community organizations. This event brings crucial resources, connection, and uplifting programming right to the heart of South Bunnell. By combining forces, we are honoring Dr. King’s vision of unity and empowerment through direct, hands-on neighborhood support. Together, we look forward to building stronger community bonds and creating a vibrant, memorable day for residents of all ages.
