Use Of Facility Requests
To request use of the G.W. Carver Community Center we have established a simple process.
- Reserve date using our new UOF request system. To access and check availability please click here.
- If you are using the system for the first time you will need to create an account.
- Be sure to include all necessary information. Any athletic/sporting event request must include a copy of the organizations liability insurance.
- Pick the dates and times you are interested in reserving. The system will generate the required fees automatically. **Please note: All events must be completed prior to 9:00pm and no requests can be submitted for times after 9:00pm**
- Click Check out & complete required information. Please include the estimated number of attendees.
- Staff will then review the request and make a decision to approve or deny the request.
Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the requested date.
Repass / Celebration of Life Events at Carver Center
The Carver Center offers the opportunity to host repass or celebration of life events at little or no cost to the renter, subject to availability and conditions.
Standard Time Slot: A standard time slot of 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm will be reserved for repass events on Sundays.
Alternative Dates: Requests for alternative dates may be considered based on facility availability. Please note that no confirmed paid clients will be displaced for a Saturday event.
Request Submission: All requests must be submitted at least one week in advance through Facilitron. Submission of the request confirms agreement to the hold harmless agreement and authorization for any applicable charges.
Floor Covering Requirement: Use of the floor covering is required for all events. If additional time is needed for installation or removal of the floor cover, the renter will incur a flat fee of $100 to offset overtime costs.
